
This is an Example of a Topographic Survey, which was carried out in a Council Estate for our client who subsequently re-designed the Social Housing Complex and footpath alignments to improve the usability of the amenities for the public.
The level of detail required by clients is always different depending on their proposed use for our data, but SCL has a policy of treating every site survey with an attitude of 'more information is better than less', so that the client can ultimately choose areas which they may require at more detailed scales.
Detail and topographic survey can be relative to the Ordnance Survey grid and Level Datums if required.
Setting out mineshaft locations using GPS and TOTAL Station for Ground Clearance and Geotechnical testing can also be supplied.
Property Boundary surveys can be produced at Land Registry 1/1250 or 1/2500 as required and also at 1/200 in Land Registry Format.
